Notifications for email address changes

When the email address on a Church Social account is changed, we now send a notification to the previous email address letting that person know. If an administrator or statistician made the change, the notification will also show who made it.

This makes it easier to spot an unexpected change — for example, one made through a phishing attempt — so the person can contact their administrator right away.
